Afternoon

This afternoon I had a wonderful craft date with Melanie from Violet's Buds and Kelly from Kiser Krafts.

It was SO MUCH FUN. We spent a full day together - over eight hours!! We swapped craft supplies, chatted, did some product photography and ate yummy foods we each made for the event. It was so wonderful - I had made it a personal goal for me to build my local community, and I couldn't have picked a better two ladies to start that journey with! It is amazing how light and recharged you feel after a little IRL, face to face time with friends.

Set up a coffee date with a friend for this week, and stick to it. Don't allow yourself to cancel, no matter what. Get offline, get outside, and enjoy the company of a friend. We are so interconnected these days, sometimes it is nice to unplug and just TALK.
