Holiday Policies!

Hi guys! Just wanted to take a minute to update you with my holiday policies, which are a smidgen different to my regular store purchase policies. :) 

Custom orders
At this time, I will not be accepting any custom orders until (tentatively) February 2013 so I can work to restock my shop and trying out some new designs for Mon-stors (oooh, exciting new products in the works, guys!). 

Refunds/Exchanges
I always allow a return for a refund within 2 weeks of the arrival date of the monster after the monster has arrived back to me in the same condition it was sent out in - however, I will only refund the original purchaser of the product for the cost of the product and shipping back to me first class, not the original shipping charges. I won't issue refunds to gift recipients, sorry. Due to the one of a kind nation of Mon-stors, I don't offer exchanges unfortunately.

Holds
Due to the high demand of Mon-stors for holiday gifts, I can't hold Mon-stors listed in my shop or allow pre-payment or "dibs" on any Mon-stors in production. Be sure to follow me on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to get sneak peeks of Mon-stors as I am making them to have an idea of what is coming to the shop!

Shipping
I cannot guarantee the arrival of a package by the holidays after December 14th for domestic US orders. International orders can take 2-10 weeks depending on location, customs and postal service so I can't give a blanket guarantee of delivery of international orders by a certain date. If you contact me regarding an international order I can contact my local post office and find out the estimated delivery time for you though and we can go from there! :)

Lost/stolen/damaged packages
As much as I wish I could hand deliver each Mon-stor to it's new home (how cool would a Mon-stor caravan be?!) I can't, and I can't control what happens to a package when it leaves my hands. Due to the one of a kind nature of Mon-stors, I can't offer replacements or refunds for stolen, damaged or lost packages.

Gift wrap
This really has nothing to do with a policy, but I just want to throw it out there if you would like me to gift wrap a Mon-stor for you, let me know! :D I love wrapping presents, so I am offering FREE gift wrapping in my shop! :)
