Yesterday's prompt was "favorite food" but I was having an off day yesterday and missed it, but it rolls over into today's "back in the good ole days" prompt quite well because we were doing that weekly grocery store thing and lo and behold, my most favorite beverage from back home was sitting on the shelf - Snapple Apple. Every single time we go to any gas station or grocery store in Missouri I look for it. I have only found a single bottle, one time, in the five plus years since I moved to Missouri. So to say I was excited to see cases of it at the store was an understatement. Serious understatement. I had loaded all of the cases into the cart but Trace made me put a few back kinda of understatement. But have you ever had it?! It's just so good!
Wow, talk about back in the day!! Reminds me of when my hubby and I were living in our first apartment as newly weds! It was our favorite beverage back then, but for some reason it has fallen by the wayside over the years.
