I am enjoying doing these studio recaps - it's fun to look back over the week and see what I have done. :) So, welcome to week three of my monstrous weekly reviews! :)
I made a lot of Mon-stors this week to prepare for Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday. I also spent a few hours making ads and redecorating my shop for the holidays!
Thanksgiving was lovely - I hope you all had a great holiday as well. :) Ours was pretty low-key, quiet dinner at the in-laws but a special day none-the-less. I have a lot to celebrate and be thankful for this year so the day was very special to me. :) Lu & Ed has a grown a lot this year, more than I ever anticipated, and I am so thankful for that, and for all of you who make it possible. ♥ I'm so glad and happy I am able to own my own business and am able to do things like pause working to play with my son. ♥ That is such a privilege and a reward and I am so thankful for it. :)
As you know, this weekend was the big post-holiday sales weekend - and boy, I have been busy! I have eleven Mon-stors and plushes to ship off to their new homes Tuesday, and the sales aren't even over yet! Tomorrow is Cyber Monday and I am offering free shipping in my shop! I have a lot of sewing to do to get restocked. :)
Over all, my week has been phenomenal - business stuff aside, my son had 5 days out of school and we had so much fun together! We did a lot of baking together and took several nature walks, and he had friends over for a sleep over this weekend. :) It was a blast. Trace had an extra day off and it was so nice to spend an extra day with him. ♥ Just such a lovely week! :)
I hope your week was lovely as well!
What were the highlights of your week? I'd love to hear about it - leave a comment! :)
monstrously fun! :)
